Right, since nobody fully understands what you're saying, I'll go over a few possibilities and answer them

 

1)

You are saying that this minecraftyard.com site is the original Dalek Mod, and SWDTeam have reposted it, and/or copied it.

 

Welp, first off I'd like to point out that this site is an http, not https, this means the site is not secure, I hope you like the trouble I go through to reply to stupid threads like this. Second,  that image is an old render that is on The Dalek Mod download page, IF said render did belong to minecraftyard.com, we wouldn't have it in the download, as we would need the original render to remove the watermark. HOWEVER, it is much easier to download an image, then edit it after, as you just stick on a bit of text/picture with no background on a new layer, it's much harder to remove a watermark, than it is to add. A few more things I'd like to point out are that there is clearly edited pixels in that image. Just thought I'd point that out (image in spoiler) 

while you could say that these are just from text, and that the Dalek Mod has them too, indicating that this image is just bad editing, OR the editor thought it was an effect and added more to show this effect, as if to make it look cool.

 

2)

You are reporting this site for copying the Dalek Mod.

 

This option is the least likely, but hey thanks if you are <3.

 

3)

You are hating the Dalek Mod for not being called 'The Doctor Who Mod', and saying there is one that goes by this name, that is more popular.

 

First off, if you google search 'Doctor Who Mod', the Dalek Mod comes up first, so that debunks your 'MoRe PoPuLaR' theory. Also, there IS NO definitive Doctor Who mod, you can't just take the title, the closest thing would be the Doctor Who Client Mod, which was made by iKing, which I don't think you can even download anymore (although I think it's still being worked on but idk), the reason there is no defininitive mod is because there are so many Doctor Who related mods. There is obviously the Dalek Mod, DWCM, Weeping Angels Mod, The TARDIS Mod, K9 Mod, etc. (if there even is more). So to sum it up, there is no Doctor Who mod.

 

I hope this clarrifies a few things, and I hope you meant option 2 <3

I’d also like to add that if you go on that website, it states that it is made by 1wtc which is the dalek mods owner and this is the exactly same mod, it then also shows the image you have sent but without the watermark proving that they just added it.
