Why is the public server on peaceful?

Sometimes it just is, the staff have no idea what's causing it and are tryin to fix the issue. 

Just to let you know you didn't need to make a whole thread just for this one question. It's been asked before multiple times in the Dalek Mod Public section so go check the existing threads before posting your own thread. The less duplicate threads, the better plus you may even find your answer if you do a little research beforehand. :)
