You would be able to K-9 mk I, II, III, IV, or mark 2. There would be the panels and circuits to make the body. Then the laser, ears, more circuits, and head casing make the head. then the head, body, and a neck piece would make K-9. The pieces would be slighty different for the different K-9s. (Mark 2's recipe is now below in one of my other comments)

But one addition.

K9 mark 2 from the K9 Spinoff series (This is a different model from Mark II. K9 Mark II was a separate K9 the Doctor made after leaving the first k9 on Gallifrey with Leela. K9 mark 2 was the original K9 after a regeneration (yes, k9 mk I had a regeneration chip))

Hmm... never heard of mark 2, but it looks cool! The recipe could be a mark 2 head, mark 2 body, and 2 mark 2 legs + mark 2 panels.

 True, and you may need to change your post by the way. People tend to use Roman Numerals to refer to the K9s you mentioned in your thread and the Arabic numeral 2 to refer to K9 mk I after he regenerated. Technically, it is't wrong what you said, but this is usually the way people indicate whether they're referring to mk II or mk 2.

So, K9 mk I, K9 mk II, K9 mk 2, K9 mk III, and K9 mk IV is the what people usually use.

I was wondering if I could reference this suggestion in a post of mine. I was thinking that perhaps a few of the parts of K9 could be obtained from vendors. 

For instance, K9 mk I would require a part from Professor Marius

K9 mk II and III could require parts from a Fourth Doctor Npc

K9 mk IV could require trading with a Tenth Doctor Npc

and mk 2 could require giving mk I a regeneration Unit. (I haven't quite figured out it's origins yet)

I don't mind. Use it all you want.
