Hello if you can't connect to Dalek Mod Universe you will probably receive an error message when connecting,  here we'll try to list all the errors you might receive when joining either DMU Public or DMU Private.

This error occurs when the mods you have installed are different to the mods installed on the server. This can be fixed by simply going to the swdteam store page for the Dalek Mod and grabbing the latest version. You can find the store page for the Dalek Mod here:

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException
If you encounter this error, then the server may be under very heavy load and is unable to let you connect, the only real solution is to wait for us to resolve the problem.

This support section is very very new, and may be a bit shabby until we do more work on it, we're gathering common errors and putting them together asap.

 Why not just use the normal launcher, if John put the U43 TB on the Technic launcher, EVERYONE would have access to it, not just the Beta Testers, so if you want to play the TB, just use the normal Minecraft launcher with forge installed.
