Feature Name:  Spinning lights and or round things and the rotor spinning discs.

Lore/Brief Background (Or "As seen in" if not from Doctor Who canon):  Every doctor who episode after christmas 2012 with it in flight

Description of Feature:  when activating flight mode, the lights will activate, when deactivating flight mode, the lights will stop

What is the purpose of this:  Decoration

How do you suggest we implement it in game:  idk, maybe only having it in the Toyota themed interiors.

Imo, it shoud be a Tile Entity rather than a block. Kind of like a painting or a minecart are tile entities.
