every time i try to go on to the dm public server or in single player, it either crashes or tell me i need to restart my launcher and game. what can i do?

I think I know why. I need to remote in to fix it though.

If you have optifine installed try removing it

Are you able to provide us with a crash report? Or maybe upload a video of what's happening the YouTube?

What is optifine? And I will try and get a crash report tomorrow because it’s late 

1. Allocate more RAM (there are tutorials online)

2. Take a screenshot next time. Who holds their phone upside-down anyway?
