You can get to the discord by scrolling down and clicking the join button at the bottom of the swd homepage, as for the cartridge, you can either wait for john to respond here or say something about it in the #support channel of discord

Try when you join on DMU /accept-items It should spawn a chest below you with your purchased item(s).
