There is a mod called the better portals mod that allows you to see into other dimensions without having to go through it like a giant window everything u see is real time so if a player walks in front of the portal then they can see each other and their is no loading time in between im wondering if you can implement that mechanic into the mod or make it compatible with the mod

yeah this idea would be cool but i think it would cause MASSIVE lag to the server, since it doesn't have the best connection of all it would make the server almost impossible to connect to

yea i know but for singleplayer players maybe they can somehow make it compatible with the better portals mod but i'm not a modder so i don't really know how difficult it will be to implement such mechanics but its a suggestion im gonna leave here just in case

TBH i think it would be cool for better portals but you mentioned single player which I have found to be near imposssible as many thinks cant be crafted so yea but interesting idea. PLUS SWDTeam would need to get copyright stuff from the better portal creator to add them to the files.

One question;

Why.

Why should SWD Dalek Mod mod team just copy it over, it's basically stealing; also who would want to rely on another mod not created by themselves. If anything I'd ask for Compatibility with the mod; not take the whole mod and implement it in.

Their is alot of features I would like to see them add not just the better portal feature but like more TARDIS features cause currently the TARDIS features are extremely underwhelming so how about a more improved console much like the decorations blocks but can actually function, a better monitor GUI that displays the TARDIS health system, more console features like instead of the whole flight lever flipping maybe actually having to flip a few more levers in order to actually take off, how about a fuel system where everytime u travel it takes a small amounts of fuel and in order to refuel you need to go to a space time rift that spawn randomly around the world and having a device that absorbs that energy for fuel or park the TARDIS next to it and having a lever to open the engines for refuel or repair, and maybe even a space flight that allows to materialize in a space sector that u can just fly around space and travel to planets, and if a TARDIS is damaged the exterior will show cracks, and in order to heal the TARDIS the zeiton blocks come into place, but their are some components that requires hands on repairs or else some features of the TARDIS won't work, TARDIS events, if a TARDIS is in a state of death it is completely disfuntional and requires the player to craft a power cell to "reactivate" like age of steel, better regeneration much like the standalone regeneration mod, maybe the mod creators can work together 

If u have fallout new vegas download fallout who vegas it's one of the best doctor who mods out there packed with one of the best TARDIS features yet

yea ik mod making is hard as hell but maybe trying out fallout who vegas and take some inspiration from them and its not really copying since its not the same game and the mod has been abandoned a long time ago but just consider more features for the tardis

I'm sure you've heard of the new TARDIS mod someone made and that has alot of features towards the TARDIS so all I'm suggesting is maybe do a collaboration with other mod makers or maybe play other DW mods for inspiration
