How would one go about changing their tardis interior/getting a different tardis while still following the one tardis rule? would they transfer their tardis to staff and craft a different one or something?

you can transfer ownership to other people who want it then you can get a new one 

 I can't do that, it was crafted using stuff from creative mode, therefore transferring it would break the rules
