Hey. For some reason I think I'm ripped off $2.49 I'm not Beta Tester rank. Not even on Beta Tester server.  Also I keep getting kicked from Private DMU. PLZ HELP

 Make sure you are logging into the server with your Minecraft name which you have added to your SWDTeam account "BoxmanBACKUP"

It takes time to process your rank changes as staff need to add you manually and you have to be online when that happens.
