For Torchwood I believe the current leader is GUestlIn with no known Founder. Torchwood 4, the predecessor for the current TW was founded by BluMacintosh. I believe you will need to ask Gjitsu( Vice Chaian of TW) or GUestlIn in-game to join. Using /msg might help. Torchwood is currently active.

As as for my own committee, I'm looking for more members. It's active at the moment, but I don't have enough members to continue developing it.

 Yeah, it's only the Beta server ATM. The EleventhWheatley( Renamed to WierdnessMagnet) is the founder. The SixthDoctor may be part of this, I'll need to confirm.

Torchwood 4 is now defunct as Blu has left the server but the base is still there. The current Torchwood had one base which was a modified  TW4 Hub. The former was griefed  so the current TWI has moved elsewhere. Pity, I was part of it once.

 Not that I'm aware of. I actually go on the public server more often. :P

AGC is for both servers right?

 Can you add The Shadow Proclamation? Zelotbe(me) is the founder, CuriousPlughole and me are the leaders ... We recruit people when the Anti Grief plugin is installed.

The "Old" Shadow Proclamation was griefed and later rollbacked that's why we wanna trust our people :D

Can you add 'Zygon' as a group it was founded by me and it is for the private server only. I will start  and recruiting when the underground base has finished construction.

P.S The group is the evil Zygons not the neutral ones and use the skin packs to shapeshift (roleplay).

In light of recent events, I added a Roster section. This will basically help to determine who is officially  in a group. I'm willing to keep a record for this for now, but if it has to be updated frequently, I may change it to a weekly updating thing
