[Minecraft account linked to a SWD team account I no longer have access to]

I had an old SWD team account that i can`t remember the details for, so I created a new SWD team account and tried to link it to my Minecraft account using the link but it wouldn't let me link it since its already linked to the SWD team account i don`t have access to. Does any one know how I can fix this?

Are you sure that username is correct?

I can't seem to see it in our database, and checking on namemc it shows that that username currently does not exist 

When i tired linking my account this morning again it worked so thank you for your help
