every time I try to enter the server this happens, its been a while since I've been on the server, but this never happened before

This either happens just after you've changed your username, or if you've recently started a new session. If you've just changed your username you might need to wait up to an hour for Mojang's name servers to be able to verify you, otherwise try restarting your game and launcher
