The Dalek Mod 1.7.10 have an companion : Clara . but if you change her name , it will have the new skin , example : naming the Enity clara to 1WTC , clara new name will be 1WTC , and will have the 1WTC skin . so you want bring it back , right?

 so , its an suggestion to modificate it ... in the Update 43 probaly will have this again , i like the idea , the Companion can do more thing like : get out the TARDIS , enter in the TARDIS ? , Kill Daleks , Cybermens , ClockWork Droid? etc...

This has been suggested before [Dalek Mod Suggestion] Useful Fighting Companions- Leela, Ace, Captain Jack, and Cyberman Brigadier [Mob/Companion Suggestion].

The thing is AI. How exactly would a chat system work? That would take some pretty advanced coding unless you mean random voice clips

"How do you suggest we implement this in game" means "how should this be in game, and how could we make it realistically work."
