[Dalek Mod Suggestion] Invasion/A mid-game transition from basic Minecraft into the Dalek Mod [Event/Gameplay Rebalancing and Expansion]

I have no idea how to format this. This is just a really unique idea and for now and probably one of my biggest suggestions. I'll just describe it and come up with a format a bit later.

What is this?:

So, here's the idea I had.

Instead of having the Doctor Who Mobs spawn initially at the start of the game, they will appear a bit later when your your world.

An actual invasion.

 Before the Invasion:

  • Your gameplay will most likely be just like the vanilla experience, except perhaps with a few exceptions. I'll think of them over time.
  • From the Dalek Mod:
    • Stale Jelly Babies will still appear when breaking grass
    • Bessie will be able to be acquired. I suggest Unit Bases for this
    • Zeiton ore will either be unminable or only appear after the trigger. Whether it replaces blocks after the trigger in some areas or whether you have to go to new places is WIP if it does replace things.
  • From my suggestions:
    • Crashed Tardises still would appear in the Nether, but would not be usable until "the trigger"
    • Unit Soldiers and Bases Would still spawn normally link
    • Most of the Overworld Merchants from here would still spawn, even the Doctor
    • Lemons and Medical Herbs would still grow naturally
    • Paradise Towers (as a structure) can generate and will have it's normal mobs inside (although it's advised against going into it early in game)
    • Cyberman Structures and Dalek Asylums (due to programming and anti-grief reasons) would spawn as normal, but they would have no mobs, their blocks would be unminable, blocks would be unplaceable within a short range of them, and their chests would be unopenable until "the trigger"
  • From a few other suggestions I know of:
    • Time Lord Spires can appear, but their chests will not open until "the trigger"

Triggers:

I haven't decided, but I'm deciding between these, or perhaps a mix of a few of these:

  1. The first will happen after the player has succesfully crafted a full set of diamond armor
    • The Dalek Mod mobs would be buffed in this instance, and the player would need to find new ores better than Diamond to protect himself or herself. Things like Dalekanium, Steel, Otherdium, Omegaton, and Rassilicon
  2. After Defeating a boss
    • An explanation can be given. For example, the Ender Dragon (when defeated), gives off a heck of a ton of energy. Perhaps the Doctor Who creatures detected this energy and want to obtain whatever could have caused it in Minecraftia.
    • The Dalek Mob mobs could be buffed. See idea 1
  3.  The Dalek Mob mobs would spawn after a certain number of days
    • The Player has time to prepare himself/herself and doesn't need to wait as long to get to the DM Mobs
    • But.... It isn't as good of a challenge once you DO get the Dalek mobs as it could be in ideas 1 & 2
  4. The Dalek Mob Mobs would have a percent chance of invading every night
    • It's completely random. That's all I have to say
  5. The Crafting of Handles, who will be your best bud throughout the rest of the game
    1. See this thread for more info
[Dalek Mod Suggestion] The Very Useful Handles [Utilility, Block, and Item Suggestion]
      • I'll need to rethink his recipe, but this would be good because the player would have an in-game guide to help him or her through all that's about to come

Invasion:

  1. Only one mob type can invade in one night
  2. After the first invasion happens, all subsequent invasions will have a percent chance of happening as the nights pass, the percent increasing for each night an invasion doesn't happen.
    • When an invasion does happen, this percentage goes back to default
  3. No mob invasion happens twice. It only takes one Dalek Invasion to have Daleks in the Overworld.
  4. Invasions
    • Daleks (Perhaps Dalek Ship Entities that appear for a short time during the night, then disappear, accompanied by sounds)
    • Auton (A meteor Storm at night)
    • Cybermen (Mondas)
    • Cybermen (Parallel Earth)
    • Clockwork Droid (A ship can be seen falling from space and landing somewhere distant)
      • I have a suggestion planned involving a Crashed Ship structure and also a Family restaurant generated structure. Details on those later
    • The Great Intelligence
    • More as I think of them

  5. How would something like this be coded?
    • Maybe the Team can make some sort of special entities, similar to the moon and sky that display for a few minutes whenever an invasion happens
    • The Team could probably do something along the lines of how the sun and moon work in minecraft
  6. After an invasion of a mob happens
    • That mob will now spawn naturally in your world, whether it be an Auton, Cyberman, Clockwork Droid, or a Dalek

Purpose:

1. A lot of people say that Daleks are OP when starting out the game.

This can give users a reasonable amount of time to prepare themselves for what this mod has to offer.

2. Minecraft can get pretty boring once you get Diamond stuff.

But if the player needs to get even higher tier weapons and armor, this could extend the gameplay of the mod.

3. It's pretty cool.

Rather than  having the mobs just in the game for some unexplained reason, they actually invade the world. And when it happens, you may not even be expecting it.

4. It makes Steel and Dalekanium, and any other armor type that may come into the future an actual good use rather than just being some alternative to Iron/Diamond.

5. It kind of adds in a bit of a story to the mod, though simple and really up to the player's choice after the initial invasion

How do you suggest we do this:

Basically what's in the description.

Also, the mobs can perhaps spawn only when a certain variable is set to true.

By default most mobs will have this value set to false.

After an invasion happens, however, this value will be set to true, allowing the respective mob of the invasion to spawn

Likewise Invasions will also be reliant on the variable.

When the variable for a specific mob Invasion is true, the invasion will not happen again (since it would be an unnecessary sky display that could slow things down after you already have the mob in game, and because also (again) the mob already spawns)

This is a pretty big idea, so I'm looking to hearing some feedback on what you guys think about this. Critique, Suggestions, comments, etc. Feel free to leave your thoughts here

I think it would be better if you summon cybermen or Daleks with an interplanetary beacon which calls an enemy so the ships and armies attack.

on a side note is there any word on Ironsides (in going to do a post on that)
