So the server reset and I was wondering if I could get back purchased items from the online store? If so how? 

Any items bought after 1 November 2019 will be recredited. Type /accept-items  in your tardis (or house, just an area you own) and the chest will appear again.

Items bought before this date do not comply with the EULA anymore, and therefor we can't hand them out anymore.
