Why I was banned: Hacked Client

Ban duration: Perm-Banned

I was digging dirt for my base in the sky.

Why I think it should be appealed. I had not realized that my hacked client was installed when I tried to join. So I tried to log in multiple times before realizing. Once I did realize I got off Minecraft and got rid of my client and logged back in. When I connected to the server I was accused of bypassing a ban which i did not know I had. I was banned 4 times when I was logging in before. Then banned for bypassing it somehow because I connected to the server somehow after getting banned. I really did not mean to do this and I didn't actually get a chance to use it even if I wanted to because I was banned while logging in. I really do enjoy playing on the server and its one of the reasons I actually bought the game for myself. I have had no history of hacking on the server when I used to play before the reset. I do apologize though for not checking my mods first. Thank you for your time.

P.s. I'm not asking for it to be completely gone. I understand that I wasn't supposed to have them enabled even if it was an accident. I just do not want to be permanently banned when I did not mean for this to happen. 

Hi BossSaiyanJ! So  in part of your appeal you say, "I had not realized that my hacked client was installed when I tried to join." However while you were jailed you mentioned that you planned on using xray. It should have also told you the first time you got "kicked" that hack clients weren't allowed, but you tried to join 3 more times with the client. So I'm sorry to say its been denied. Please reappeal in 1 month.
