So basically, i own a town in the dalek mod server, "ambient city" i have a sign displaying on my city warp, that any ugly or abandoned buildings will be removed, this sign was here for quite some time, however was removed a few days ago due to a rogue admin world editing a part of my city back to what it was in the seed, after it was replaced i started roaming my city looking for anything that's been sitting there for a while that hasn't changed. I noticed a iron ore, gravel, cobblestone, andersite cave looking hut right next to my warp tower, with the sign stating something along the lines of "the lonely weebs hut" i started breaking down this hut, mainly due to it being there since around the start of the city, and still no changes had appeared. After i noticed it had privated chests i decided to just leave the hut for now, and started to rebuild it, however i forgot to place down the 9 furnaces (that had nothing in them).

A day later i was informed by one of the admins through my discord voice chat that i was banned from the server for around 70 hours due to a grief that was reported by the player who owns the hut i removed, myself and this admin looked into the issue since i wasn't even informed till after i was banned, we got into a call with a few admins and the person who owns the hut " the lonely weeb" he said that he doesn't want me banned and doesn't really care, he only wanted to know why i did it. I gave him the reason and then it was all fine, i was unbanned and everything seemed to be settled.

After that a hour or two later i joined the server with a friendly intent, but was then banned

Why you think you should be pardoned early:

The "grief" was totally justified, with the sign stating that bad builds will be removed was in a visible location for quite some time, till it was removed but then replaced (with the removal of the sign being admin error rather my own), not only that but i am also the owner of the city that this occurred in, as well as the owner of the shack not caring that much that i did it. 

Hi Ambient! So here's what I have to say about this. Even though you had a sign in your town, it is a requirement that you give the player a notice so they can either move or fix their house. You can't just tear it down, as that is griefing. Owning a town doesn't mean you own the buildings But seeing as you did put the build back, your appeal will be accepted. Please, in the future, give players plenty of notice before tearing down their homes. It is also good to check with staff so they are aware of it. Also if you are ever banned again, please don't DM staff members. You will need to appeal properly. You may join back on the server now.
