Why you were banned: Accidental Printer Mode (explained in Why should I be Pardoned)

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):

While playing on the Public Dalek Mod Server, I loaded a schematic using Schematica. Now, previously, I was loaded in my friends and I private building world, and had Printer mode set to auto-on because I was replacing a building which had an error that needed to be fixed. After, I joined public, then loaded the schem, and walked upstairs to begin building. It took me a few seconds to realize what was happening, but a majority of of the upper-floor had been placed by then. I realized what was happening, and stopped, but a few seconds later, Joe saw and had Temp Banned me for about a week (8 day ban). I admitted to him my mistake, and (with a few misspellings and early sends) cleared things up. He then told me to post here. Now, this wouldn't be too big of a big deal, however, I have started to stream this mod, and did an awful lot of plugging for it, and had big plans for a stream tomorrow. I could reschedule tomorrows stream easily, but I won't be able to continue after a week of absence... I also had been working on a town in the server (that's why I was in the private building world, fixing a mistake with a build), and the town won't be able to continue, since I have the building materials (stacks of a very hard to get blocks for the build in my inventory currently) and my friends won't be able to build without it, as it took us a week in the first place to get.

(Again) I can vouch for this. He was on the Aerilon Private server fixing up one of the Aerilon housing centers, using printer mode to copy a part of a schematic from the internet over. It makes sense that he forgot to turn it off, I watched him start to build on the dmu public as well, but didn't think twice about the fact that he was using printer due to the fact that I had been use to seeing printer in action for the past week on the private server.

Ok ok, it was a mistake by leek. Come on. We had a rough day.

So in regards to your appeal, you say that you accidentally left printer mode on and that’s why you were banned. 

I have a lot of experience using schematica and printer mode so I know for a fact that you cannot leave printer mode on automatically between servers. 

Each time you join a world/server you have to load a schematic (as you say you did load it in) and activate printer mode before it works. I remember building St Paul’s in SWDCity using printer and I kept crashing and rejoining the server and I remember that I had to reload and realign the schematic every single time so I know this only too well. 

The reason you gave to be unbanned is that you want to stream is a pretty poor defence if I’m honest, a ban is a punishment and is not designed to be convenient. 

Therefore after considering all of this I have decided to deny your appeal. Your week ban will remain.

When you return please be sure not to use printer mode again or the next ban will be significantly longer.
