I was playing until I got greeted with the "server closed" message so waited and everyone I try to join it says, Failed to connect to server, io.netty.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception: connection refused: no further information, yes I've restarted my computer, yes, my Internet connection is fine, and everyone else is in the server 

I have this issue as well

I believe this is happening with everyone at the moment. :/

Mojang servers were down, the problem is resolved.

Problem solved, it was a problem with Mojang not us.
