[Feature Suggestions Compilation] Dalek Mod Workshop Customization Options/Features

So, I know it's not out yet, but I thought I'd make a thread anyway.

 

 

 

Now, I in no way suggest that the team does ALL of the following.

 

I admit, up front that this suggestion as a whole is HIGHLY impractical and a lot of work.

 

 But maybe the team could consider some of these things (again, not necessarily all. because, again, that would be impractical). It would allow players more customization for the things made with the workshop.

 

 

 

 

The following are the things I think would be cool if they were customizable in the Workshop.

  • Mobs
    • Mob Name
    • The ability to set the following traits:
      • Appearance
        • The player can load a model
        • The player can set "bones" for the model
          • They can be set to certain things in order to work with the animation presets
        • The player will be able to create Animations for the mobs
          • There will be a few presets
      • Health
      • Spawn Egg
        • The ability to color on a template Egg
        • The ability to use an item other than an egg
        • Maybe an ability to add in a block formation for creating it
          • (like the Wither, Snow Golem, and Iron Golem)
      • Attacks
        • Type:
          • Ranged
            • Projectile
              • Arrows
              • Any projectiles in the Dalek Mod
            • Custom (Allows a user to load in a model)
              • Stats
                • Speed
                • Damage
                • Explosive?
                  • Explosive BLock destruction power

                • Status Effects? (and percentage)

          • The box can be linked to certain limbs and be made stationary or to rotate with the limb it is attached to
          • The Box will be able to be enlarged and shrunken as well as drag the box to be offset from whatever limb it is attached to.
      • Interactions with other Mobs
        • Natural Enemies
          • Ability to include mobs that they will fight on sight
        • Fears
          • They will run from mobs included here. 
      • Type
        • Neutral
          • A few presets
          • Access to the code being generated so the player can type something in himself or herself if he or she knows a bit about Java
        • Hostile
        • Merchant (Villagers for instance)
          • Ability to add in Trading recipes in a simplified way
        • Boss
          • Health Bar

        • Passive, Ally (Companions and K9)

          • Endermen despawn if approached in the day, spiders are passive in the day but naturally hostile at night, zombies and skeletons burn in the day (and skeletons will try to hide in the shade), and villagers hide in houses at night for instance
      • Special
        • Bulletproof?
          • Enderman Dodges projectiles for example
          • The Wither is immune to projectiles with its Withershield up
        • Are potion effects inverted when used on it?
          • This happens for undead Mobs
        • Reinforcements?
          • This is something Zombies have a percent chance of doing when struck
      • Following Distance
      • Pathfinding Ai
        • Think Zombies vs Zombie Pigmen for this
        • Does it avoid Lava/Fire/Water?
      • Rideable?
      • Do other mobs recognize it as an entity or does only the player see it?
        • Great for having machinery that won't get killed by mobs for no reason
        • Possibly also for some sort of ghosts only the player can see
  • Tardises
    • Custom Exterior Model (Door not included)
    • Door Model
      • Number of doors (should be set by the user)
        • 1-2 
      • Opening animation type.
        • 2 doors outwards
        • 1 door slide-around
        • maybe a custom one is possible
    • Flight Sound
      • Ability to add a sound file
    • Demat Sound
      • Ability to add a sound file
    • Flight Animation
      • Presets
        • Rotation
          • Clockwise or counter clockwise
        • Bobbing
        • Does not rotate

      • This is the little In-game description displayed when the cursor is over an item
        • For example (if I remember right) the lore for the Steel Chestplate says "Reddash was here"
