What were you doing last on the server: Nothing, instant ban.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):               I believe I should be pardoned early because the reason I was banned was that I forgot to remove the Xray mod from the folder, essentially what happened was I was stuck in flight mode in my TARDIS on my single player world with the Dalek mod (among others) to solve this I removed the Dalek mod from my files then returned to the world. As a result of this, I had lost all of my items from the Dalek mod and decided I'd download an Xray mod to speed up the process of regaining my items. After I'd used the mod to get my sonic back I got bored and went onto the DMU Public server because I wanted to play it with my friend (instead of alone) and forgot to remove the Xray mod from the folder, I was embarrassed to admit to my friend I'd been using an Xray mod so I just went onto an alt account to avoid questioning of why I couldn't join.

I apologize for breaking the rules and regret using an Xray mod and ban evading. If you can't pardon me I fully understand and respect your decision, however, I'd be very grateful if I were to receive a shortened ban or even a pardon.

So you say you forgot the X-ray mod was on, that’s fair enough things like that happen no sweat.  However when you joined the server you accept the rules of the server and X-ray mods are a big no no.  You then made a alt account and came online anyway evading your ban, also a big no-no.  You could have reached out to one of us and asked for help in getting unbanned as we would have sent you here sooner to appeal. But alas you did not. 

For that reason I am denying you appeal on this instance you may re-appeal in 1 week.
