So Basically, these people (ones on the sign) were selling this structure that was abandoned and left, they said it IS for sale. So quite some time passed and i didn't catch any of them online to pay them. So i thought, i'll start building then pay them, remember they said this Structure IS for sale and i did have a sign that's now been removed saying to message me with my user name on it. Now there are 2 signs (ones above) saying that is area is apart of some "family" and i would have to sell or shut down?? Personally, i do think this is unfair as there is a sign clearly stating that it is for sale and there was a sign saying for them to message me when they returned but it was remove. I'm not sure what this "family" owns but i have another friend who lives pretty much right next to it so this leads me to be confused.
