The problem:Kidventures01 asked me to craft a tardis with the pokeball cadtridge witch he paid for but then the server did the thing and when we got back on all the stuff in the crafting table was gone.

You can't craft a tardis with cartridges purchased from the website. It says this on the store page.
As for getting your items back, it's unlikely as there's no way to prove you actually lost them.
