I kindly ask that I am unbanned because my older brother and I use the same computer although we are on different accounts he knows my login details for minecraft as he knows a like going on dalek mod quite frequently so he downloaded an X-ray mod and went on the mod after downloading the mod and going on in my name. And I do understand that I have committed other infractions in the past that I am fully aware of and I take full responsibility. I will make up for my mistakes by making my account more secure from those I used to trust my changing password and alike. But this infraction that has been committed was in no shape or from me.

The "it was my brother" excuse is never accepted.

You're more likely to be pardoned by just saying you're sorry and removing the mod. The staff prefer honesty and people who seem apologetic rather than people who make excuses.
