Why you think you should be pardoned early: I think I should be un-banned early because an admin told me and my friend there was a rule against griefing but when I typed /rules but it didn't say I couldn't grief. He also said he was gonna give us a book with the rules but he never did so I just typed /rules in the chat and I only saw the first 4 rules. Now I think I shouldn't be banned for a rule I didn't know existed and I think all the rules should be easier to find and read.

Also I'd like a refund for the cartridge I purchased because I'm banned forever now.

 If you require a refund for any products bought through our website you must contact our support email support@swdteam.com including details of the product and why you are requesting a refund. This also includes all donations / payments made to SWDTeam outside of the SWDTeam.com website. However we will only refund a user if the payment has been made within 7 days of the refund being requested. Refunds will only be given if the reasoning behind the request is valid. Therefore, refund requests because the user got "bored", "changed their mind", "was jailed (on the servers)" and "was banned" will be declined.

Can I please have a refund even known I'm banned from the server. I'm new here just please. My bank account is near depletion.

Also why am I perm banned my friend did the same thing but only got 72 hr ban. This is so unfair I get perm banned when I'm already banned and they wont refund me because I'm banned.

Don't even think about perm-banning my friend. And this my first moderation on the server. But I admit what I did is wrong and I'm sorry.

Hello there! I will be taking your appeal today. Your ban was upgraded to a perm as we found ALOT more griefing, Now as far as the refund goes you'll have to  message support. I have really nothing else to add to thiis, but your appeal is denied please reappeal in 3 weeks
