Wtf ITS A BOSS NIGGA NOT WEAKNESSES ONLY HARDCORE !

 I really don't like this suggestion myself tbh.. 

• Imo Regenerations should be harder to restore than just getting  a Boss drop. The player could just stock up on them and not die.
• Rassilon's Gauntlet removes people from existence. This would be WAY too op for PVP.
• The fact that you used the term "nigga"
• For a boss fight he should have a set number of regenerations and a set amount of health
• I just can't see a Gallifreyan President as a boss for EVERY Citadel you go to. I mean, some were corrupt, but not all
• Why did you not format this?
• What are the references to the Doctor about?

 Mostly, just my opinion though

Boss: Corrupt Gallifreyan President

Spawning: 

• Time Lord Citadels on Gallifrey
• Does not spawn in every Citadel
  • Because not every Gallifreyan President was corrupt and because a boss like this just shouldn't spawn in every Citadel
• He does not respawn in a Citadel, and if he's going to be in a Citadel, he'll be loaded during the Initial Generation of the Structure

Minions: Chancellory Guard

Attacks: Electro-Direction

Drops: 

• The Black Scrolls of Rassilon (or at least a copy of them).
  • Increases the chances of a Time Scoop coming for you and also adds the Death Zone to the Tardis Monitor. (If the Dimension is added)
  • Could perhaps be used in a few other things I haven't thought of yet
• Credits
• One of the Rassilon Vanity Items
• Nether Star
  • This is an important ingredient in the Timey-Wimey apple which is an important item for restoring regenerations ( I made a thread on it. I'll link it in a bit)

Other Information:

• The President will regenerate a number of times during the boss fight.
• The Jelly Baby Merchant will never appear in a Citadels where Corrupt Presidents spawn
