Ok, yes I know its asked a million times over, but, the answer usually ends up at the update 40 link. Yes, that link has the basic beginning commands, however it does not go into detail of all the different sounds and particles you can set up. My question is: what particle/sound commands are there (or a few someone knows) that can be made into a list? Or am I just missing something on the update 40 link? 

This is all I have seen from there:

"Tardis Panel Commands:
- Tardis Panel Command - /particle
- Tardis Panel Command - /sound
- Tardis Panel Command - /setblock
- Tardis Panel Command - /echo
- Tardis Panel Command - /travel"

 These are just the base for the commands. 

what actual commands are there other than those start points?
