When you think that your TARDIS is in danger you can 'Desynchronize' it . Like in the *Spoiler* 15th (I think) episode of Season 4 when the Master is back the Doctor desyncronizes the TARDIS so the Master won't get the TARDIS . You could do  that with your Screwdriver/Remote by Sneak + Right Click on the TARDIS . And when you want to ''Re-Syncronize" it  just go to the same place &  Sneak+Right Click on the block that the TARDIS shoud be .
