why i cant use the flight panel on the public server? im beta tester and when i bought the beta it said that i can use the flight panel but  i cant. please i need help.

if the problem is the name so fix it to thedoctor0233 (my real name) instead of my old name ironman0233.

Did you recently get beta and don't have the rank on the server yet? Or did you change your nam and it stopped working?

there is no rank near my name and i changed my name before i bought beta. in the server chat it says my old name and not my new name.

 your swd account says : minecraft name : ironman0233 .. change your name in the  SWD ACCOUNT!

 SWDTEAM > account settings > minecraft username > [NAME]

i changed alot of times ant its still says ironman0233

You will need to get an admin to set your rank to beta tester on the server itself for it to work, it has to be done manually

so that wht i asked for help from admin\owner.

You probably need to have your rank processed, it's a manual process so you need to wait for a staff member to get on the server and change it manually, it's preferred that you go on the private server to do so.

but i need the ADMIN\OWNER will help me so i need to know if they are will agree to do that

 You did buy beta. So as soon as a staff member comes on the server, ask them
