Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): I honestly didn't realize I left wurst in my folder as I was using it earlier on mine and my friend's private server I purely forgot to take it out  of my folder and had no intentions of using it on DMU 

I can vouch for him, He forgot about it and isn't a bad guy, please give him another chance, he is a big  help to me and BlueHelmet101

havotex was hired this morning as a supplier and has already been a good helper to the shop

pardon you(You are unbanned) as mistakes do happen.

The Custom Dalek Title screen does block out Wurst's logo.
If you did know it was in your folders, you now know that hacking is unacceptable on the server.
Next time you join DMU, please check which mods you have in your folders.
