 Perhaps Beta Testers on the private server may only switch between gm0 or gm1 (as using gm3 spectator mode is reserved for server staff only) 

Also 'noobs' are noobs usually because they don't know about the Mod much or are new to it, as a so-called "pro" I suggest you try to be patient with them. A role play is fun, but why let one person (and so called 'noob' ) spoil the fun? Just ignore them.

Also why not post this in the suggestions section? It makes more sense since your post is titled 'Suggestion'. :P

I recommend using a format, generally Team members take note of well formatted suggestions. But good idea.

Ask staff to change your gamemode.

I'll have a look into this, also if you want to ignore the chat you can create an RP group using the /RP commands:

/rp create

/rp add [player]

/rp kick [player]

/rp end

/rp leave

Yeah and ask them nicely and say something like ¨Hey could you please not talk in chat please becasue we are having a rp use /msg or /tell to say what you want to someone because we need to talk without people in chat¨ its firm but nice enough that they should listen hope this helps ~Cyber City Vice Mayor~
