Name of Feature:plastic from trees or the ocean

Description:players could obtain plastic from the ocean or trees

Lore/Brief Background: reddash's idea regenerated

How does this affect gameplay: players would be able to obtain platic from trees however it would not be as op and as much as reddash's idea as there would be a small chance of them spawning and 3 peices of plastic debris would be needed to get a chunk of plastic instead of a high chance of plastic being able to spawn in trees that would be very common and quite unrealistic as huge do not spawn in doctor who or the real world
