i try to collect heads of staff and get them to sign them, some staff are great and i get their head and it to be signed. however some mods refuse to and some even refuse to sign other things. (disclaimer i'm not trying to get them to sell i just like the collection) i don't dislike the staff who don't do it or cant as they are busy i'm just curious why some do and don't.

the reason staff aren't giving out there heads anymore is because thay are not allowed to do it anymore.
