What were you doing last on the server: Well the last thing i was doing was demolishing a build which i had started, my friend The_Face_Of_Boe or whatever his name was, he always changes it, he was there and he mistook what i was doing for griefing and told an admin which annoyed me.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): I think i should be pardoned because firstly forever i feel is a bit harsh, and secondly i wasnt griefing, the only person i was griefing at that time was myself. Another thing, i have griefed before on the old world of the dmu, and i am sorry for that, but that was when i first started playing minecraft on pc, and i started playing with the dalek mod because of my love for doctor who. I griefed because i was used to creative mode where i could get infinite resources, and in survival i felt like i needed those same resources which i didnt know how to get so i griefed. I am sorry. I  now know how to play minecraft properly and be a better person, i hope you understand this.

And if my ban appeal is denied, please could i have a reason?

Hello there! I will be taking your appeal today. 

After going through and looking at all of your bans the one thing that stuck out to me was how close together your bans were. 
It shows that after being banned you don't learn your lesson. So much so that this was your 5th ban.

Now to get to your appeal. To quote "Well the last thing I was doing was demolishing a build which I had started, my friend The_Face_Of_Boe or whatever his name was, he always changes it, he was there and he mistook what I was doing for griefing and told an admin which annoyed me."
This seems odd to me if it was a friend he would've said "My friends build was griefed." You also have it worded as though he knew it was you and that it was your project. So I am having a hard time believing this story as it doesn't make sense to me.

Anyway the length of the ban is perm because it is your fifth ban in total, and your fourth ban for griefing.

On top of this your appeal is denied.
