though travel between dimensions isn't really explored, maybe on Gallifrey you would be able to acquire some technology to be able to go to the void(like how the Daleks got to the universe the show is in by using the void to get here) and the most difficult thing about making travel possible, is well, making it so someone could use their tardis(or a bigger ship to take them and maybe their tardis) to another universe, which would be another server, though I wouldn't make it so someone could go from a singleplayer or creative server and go to a regular server so they could be rich, rather only survival servers could be travelled through, also to travel consistently etween servers, infrastructure should be uilt, as to make it costlier and more accurate to the show, well kind of (and maybe for singleplayer, they could travel between worlds they have created and maybe some random realities, like in rftools, so singleplayer isn't left out, also would e immersive if you wanted to go to another server so you never have to leave the game) and maye also this could warrant the existence of functional police, maybe stopping you from destroying  a server if you are op etc, making void travel possile would open many new possibilities, and many new ways of breaking the mod, so until it is secured and confirmed to e working well, maybe it should be only vailiale on certain test servers, or maybe some servers where trying to reak it is encouraged, so you could easily patch the bugs.

So in summary, void travel should be hard to obtain, infrastructure should be built, and until it is proven, should be limited so people can't exploit it.

i like this and it would make some sense to have parallel earth in the mod as it wood make more sense than just cybus cybermen spawning in the overworld. also u could have john lumics cyrus industries airship as a fixed coordinate?

Time Travel Seems Complicated. I think it wouldn't work with multiplayer.

 it would be pretty hard to implement , due to the file size of all the times.
