Name of Block/item/ore: Sonic Lorgnette

Description: This sonic item was used in the show to detect illnesses and injury however it can also show x-rays and thermal vision.

Lore/Brief Background: Its first and only appearance was in the first episode of season 8, Deep Breath. The device was used by the Paternoster gang member Strax.

How does the player obtain it: I think that the player would craft this item from a sonic crystal, three different coloured stained glass panes and an electronic circuit.

Why should this be implemented: It could be a good addition to the library of sonic devices in the mod and could have some sort of feature where if you use it mobs in a certain radius will be seen with the minecraft effect glowing to represent its X-ray feature and thermal vision.
