Why you were banned: Griefing the Server

Ban duration: Permanent Ban

What were you doing last on the server: I was tearing down what I believed to be abandoned works on the server. I did not know that these buildings would still being used, nor did I think that these buildings would be used in the future on the server. I was tearing up and remolding back the ground and trying to clean up the area left behind so that other people could build on it in the future.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): I should have asked first before just starting to tear apart the building that I believed to be abandoned. I should have asked an Admin before tearing apart anything left behind on the server. If I need to rebuild anything I tore down, i will be willing and able to help rebuild said projects and buildings.

Not staff, but even if it was abandoned you still wouldn't have been allowed to mine it anyway. If it's not yours and you don't have permission it's griefing.

If you did not build it then it is always best to ask before tearing down anything.

I hope you have learned that even if it appears abandoned does NOT mean you can mess with it. 
That being said you have been banned for almost two months so I will be accepting your appeal.
