What were you doing last on the server: Last I was on the server, I was suffering from connection issues and was just beginning to build an underground base near a swamp.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): The utility mod came from my singleplayer modpack. I noticed the DMU server today but as I was playing I realized I had terrible connection and said I would return after my connection was complete. I played on Singplayer after that until my bandwidth cleared up, then logged onto the server and was promptly banned. My singleplayer modpack and DMU server modpack are different and I just didn't want to take the time to clear out my mod folder and reload my game just to be on for a few minutes to check my connection.

Do I understand correctly that you used an xray mod in singleplayer whilst your internet was bad, and then joined the server with the mod still accidentally on?

 Pretty much, yeah. I keep it there since I tend to have cheats turned off in my world but occasionally when Im comfort playing I just want to mine. I'm creating a DMU modpack on Twitch to ensure this won't happen again whenever I return to the server. Quick Edit: It wasn't even on it was just installed, never actually used.

In that case you'll stay banned, as we do not believe you.

You were on DMU looking for materials for your TARDIS, probably mining. You left, and rejoined two minutes later with an x-ray pack on. We believe you did not have enough time in those two minutes to restart minecraft and happily play singleplayer.
