Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): i had the mod for my single player and forgot to remove it for dmu. i did not intended to have it in my mods list when getting on dmu i am sorry

Hmm, not sure if I fully understand. Why did you add that mod to your mods list when you were about to join dmu?

i had it before when i was playing on my single player world and i turned my pc off for bed and when i came back on her i had forgot that it was on their till i joined dmu and got temp banned XD

In that case you will remained banned, as I do not believe you.

Yeah, you were on the server six minutes before you were banned. In those six minutes, you added xray to your mod pack, played singleplayer, turned your pc of, went to bed and then joined the server forgetting you added the xray mod? 

well i was on the sever more then that but for today yes and in those six minutes I got booted from the server and decided to play on single player and thought I would give it another go not really thinking about it,  "the mod is a togglable one." anyways I completely understand if you don't buy it sounds about as farfetched as a tardis does. so i'm really not to stressed about it to much, but if i could get un banned quicker i would try even if it fails.
