I recently purchased one of the DMU public ranks and noticed when checking my account that I was charged twice. 

below are some screenshots taken of the order and from my inventory. As you can see there was only transaction made however my bank account says otherwise. It is still pending however I need to bring this to light to ensure I’ve got this right. Notice the timings between the two.

I'll quickly check this our end and update you. A second payment shouldn't have been made. There's a chance the second might just be the pending state of the first transaction, meaning it'll automatically clear

I've just taken a look at our card payment provider, it only lists one payment as being made. In this case I would assume it's what I've said above that they're the same transaction, however one was the pending state from before the payment was cleared.

I'd suggest giving it a day and see if it automatically clears, if not to give your bank a ring and ask them. They should be able to help you out with it

Alright thank you for checking and yes you’re probably correct, I’ll keep an eye on it for the next few days and take it up with the bank if there’s a problem.
