Labyrinth of The Angels

Day II:

The next day we decided to read some more pages of the book. My uncle like an annoying alarm clock came to my house and shouted through the window, “Jon, are you ready?!” “I think I know what awaits me now..” I whispered to myself I urgently got dressed and headed to the basement, even if against my will. “Here I am Uncle Tom” “Oh! Jon! You're here! I was waiting for you for thirty minutes, come on slow coach!” “Thanks for compliment Uncle Tom!” I sneered sarcastically. “You’re welcome!” he sneered back. “What’s up?” I asked. “Look at these photos, do they remind you something?” “They are… landscapes? Where did you find them?” “Last night, i was too curious to sleep, so i went back to the place where I found the book, and in a hole I saw these 5 photos” “5 photos… 5 angels...” I muttered. Someone knocked on the trap door of the basement. It was Aunt Martha with our breakfast. “Oh you two! Are you ever coming to eat?!> she shouted out of the basement. “Keep calm my dear, we are doing an important job, and we need to spend all of our time here” “Yes he’s right- wait what? All of our time?! Talk for yourself” I responded angrily. My uncle approached her and handed her the photos. She looked at them carefully and motioned for us to follow her. My uncle was surprised, he whispered to me that maybe it was better if he asked her first. My Aunt took us to the forest near the village and showed us strange shapes on the ground, as if something had walked that way, then my uncle took the photos and compared them with the landscape. They matched, but he noticed something else. The footprints in the ground walked towards him but then.. stopped? “Strange… it’s almost like something walked out of the photo.”
