no you cant also you dont need to be over 13 if there is a child using discord they can be restricted to limited things and must have follow all the rules (like anyone would but if someone under 13 brakes one of the rules insta ban) and also must put a verified email or phone number by their parents

Yes you can get in trouble if they know about an underage user. If you have a problem or suggestion with discord, take it up with them, not with us.

Complaining to them wont help as they are following actual laws *cough COPPA cough*
its basically rules for childrens safety etc, these must be abide by you see. The discords livelihood is more important than risking it for an underage child's access to it. I would highly suggest you ask on DMU for any help you need or keep asking on the forums

Basically same rule social media has, e.g Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram etc
considering you also have to be over 13 to register on this website its a possibility SWD could get in trouble but i'm not sure.
Use a tardis and go in future 2 years till yr 13., then I'll be about 18. (17.75 years old) lol
