Name of Feature: TARDIS Key Cooldown

Description:  after summoning the tardis using the tardis key, there would be a cooldown of about 5 to 10 minutes as to encourage only using it during an emergency. (this would not apply to the stattenheim remote, meaning that it would give the stattenheim remote an actual purpose)

Lore/Brief Background: The tardis key was only summoned once with the key and it was during an emergency, where as in the classic series a stattenheim remote was used in calmer situatons.

How does this affect gameplay: it would add more of a progression to the dalek mod, making it more fun to play in the long run and also makes the tardis slightly less overpowered and encourage people to not lose their tardises in the first place.

I like idea, but with the highlighting its very hard to read
