Why you think you should be pardoned early i do not expect to be unban and only wish it shorten if deemed reasonable i had been mining for a while to the point i was geting inraged while beeing unable to find white point star so i wanted to see how rare they were so i got an alt to get a peak and loged on the server and got insta banned on my alt account which was fair then i got on my main to continue mining normaly i got ban for ban evasion i hope you will take into consideration and shorten the ban kind regards crimson

So it appears that you were automatically banned by the server for having x ray mods installed which goes against server rules. As you say you then proceeded to log on with another account which led to you being perm banned for ban evasion. 
As this is your first recorded offence I will pardon you this time. Please be aware that mods such as x-ray are not permitted on the server. If you use X-ray again you may face a longer ban duration.
