Hello,

As many of you may know, it is against the rules for a user to ask/hint in any way for them to be a staff member. However, I do know there are users who have certain qualities that may be suitable for helping to moderate the server. This thread will allow users to post their opinions on other users who have the right qualities.

 These are the basic requirements that the user you are proposing has to follow at all times.

As Tumblr_cat stated,

1. Be helpful,
2. Follow the rules/ help others follow them
3. Speak clear english(as this is a british server)and be mature, there's no age restriction but a certain level of maturity is required
4. [Addition] Be patient with difficult players- rage quitting at others won't help, it'll just make that person look immature

I would suggest using this format to post recommendations:

1. Username of user you would reccomend
2. Reason why they would be suitable.
   1. Note that things such as being "funny" isn't a good reason, they need to know how to moderate the server

E.g. I vote for ArcPhoenix. This user has shown to contribute to the SWD community with his mature nature, posting well structured and detailed suggestions and helping new users navigate around the SWD forums/servers.

And please do not use #Vote hastags, it's annoying and doesn't provide a reason why another user should be a server staff member.

I support the suggestion of 50ap as staff. He's one of the most helpful people I know of in the forums, and very calm and proffesional when it comes to responding to issues - Archpheonix

After reading this case,

I would like to once again recommend ArcPhoenix for a place in the server staff ranks, provided there is space. :P

Arc is one of the most good-natured user I've met on the Forums, he always persists to help suppourt others with their problems in a calm, proffesional way. His detachment from presenting subjective arguments makes him a mature, reliable user.

As we may know, Arc makes well-structured and innovative ( well, fancy word for original :P) suggestions for SWD products, including the Dalek Mod.

He is also adept in a moderating and suppourting role, responding to issues calmly with little bias ( at least less than some others) in his arguments, using cold evidence to back up his points.

He recently supported and helped resolve a very immature and silly unbanning request in this thread here:https://swdteam.co.uk/forum?p=thread&tid=797

Along with Acediajc/Whovianmaster93 (whom I also suppourt his continuation in the role of moderator) ArcPhoenix was able to shut down a rather panicked user who was disobeying server rules and authority, using immature and subjective arguments to prove his innocence. His impeccable sense of logic and reasoning to back up all his points really shows his potential to help users on a larger scale. (not to mention his sense of humour present) Other than being very entertaining to spectate, it is a great example of ArcPhoenix's mindset in these situations.  Therefore I would like to recommend Arc as a moderator for the SWD servers. :D

Crafter is a great person hes nice cool and funny.I mena some people say if hes funny that means he plays alot and stuff.But dont you want a fun admin that u can joke a round with and still have your problem soleved,Yes you do (I know).Aside from that i honestly think he would make a great amin -ThMatrix

Not sure if this somewhat counts but also being a good roleplayer isn't a good reason to be staff member, but you guys do whatever

 Sorry Ron, if you don't understand politics please don't comment. Seeing as you are trying to help the community in some ways it would be best if you thought about the situation first before commenting, as you comment on pretty much every post. 

I do understand politics, I'm from a very political background :D
