a normal dalek but made out of mossy stone and only spawn in those jungle places or dungeons

This just sounds like another version of an asylum Dalek. 

We did used to have stone Daleks in the legacy version.

Actually, there will be some sort of stone Dalek next update..

I really miss this Dalek, so it would be awesome to see it brought back in a future update. :D
