Dalek Mod materials such as steel and dalekanium could be used as materials with the mod; Tinker's Construct

 thats a good idea and it could be compatible with other mods as well

Steel already is used. Since steel is a common metal in mods, tinkers recognizes it and allows you to make weapons and armor from it.
