Recently a lot of people have been banned from the wotw server, and there has been talk of the crime rate going up. But is it really going up? And can we expect it to go down again or continue to go up?  Was having a church of Kangabet being built next too a lake a good idea? Find out as we take a trip down the wotw servers crime history. Or at least the crimes on the board of shame...

If you look at the board of shame on the wotw mod discord you will see that the first crime (a theft committed by Fast Aze and the disaster that was the trial) and the second crime committed by Kangabet  (writing a fan-fiction bible about himself -which made me drown myself) were both on the 18th. The next crime was 3 days later committed by AlexioG (the great fire of utopia). 

Now we get to bans on the reset of the server. Kangabet was temp banned for constantly building near spawn when told not too. Next 3 days later Corin was temp banned (for repeated server killing and being rude, it was meant to be for a week but they were slightly late SLIGHTLY). And then from the 18th of Jan to the 20th of February (CeePeeMuc stealing) not a single crime was committed. Impressive right? Well....

Arguably the most powerful town on the server Harmony was in a matter of minutes decimated. Bluemann2412 had set up land mines all across the town and mobs and players started to set them off, villager houses, offices and the main tower gained a new open window, a very big new open window. The blue griefer wasn't immediately found and block logs had to be edited in order to find out it was him. 

Now there have been crimes on the 28th of Feb (jackerys for griefing), 1st March (Trinity causing arguments and being rude and Drloganblox07 for stealing), 4th (Kzza for thieving but only banned for 2 days), 5th (Irving_Braxiatel for stealing as soon as he joined) and most recently but 2 days ago Seta_sigma (no relation to me) was banned for stealing. 

So it turns out the crime rate hasn't been growing just returning. Yay? However it is agreed by many that the crime rate will go up once the wotw mod becomes even more popular. So the moral of this news report? Everyone is against you and its only gonna get worse. I mean... uh take a page out of zephyrs book? But in all seriousness I really recommend you join the wotw mod server since we have a lot of fun most the time. We even have are own UN. The IP is on the wotw mod discord!
