We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): My brother was playing today and as he doesn't know the rules he stealed some thinks I think, same happened before with a Admin that said I stole a enchanting table, he didn't ban my account for that and I gived it back, I talked with my brother to don't do it again, I assume all what he did and ill be ok with your decision and wait for a month, but I think ban for a month for stealing a block is way too far.

We hear the "It was my brother" excuse a lot. It's probably the most common excuse we hear. However, if you're telling the truth or not, it is your account and you have to take responsibility for what happens on it. I will unban you, however please read the rules upon joining the server. If you are founf to be breaking the rules again you will be given a longer ban.
